วิธีเก็บรักษา / Storage
• เก็บรักษาในช่องแข็ง หรือในอุณหภูมิ -18 องศาเซลเซียส เก็บได้นาน 6 เดือน
Keep frozen in -18° C freezer
• หากเปิดสินค้าแล้วใช้ไม่หมด ไม่ควรนำกลับไปแช่แข็งอีกครั้ง
Do not refreeze after defrost.

เคล็ดลับความอร่อย / Serving Preparation
1. นำปลาแช่แข็งออกมาพักไว้จนละลาย / Defrost fish at room temperature.
2. ซับน้ำให้พอหมาด / Drain fish off to make it almost dry.
3. ตั้งกระทะ รอจนน้ำมันร้อนจัด / Pour oil into a pan & heat.
4. ใส่ปลาลงไปในกระทะ ทอดด้วยไฟปานกลาง-อ่อน / Waiting until the oil is hot, place the fish in the pan and then turn heat down to medium-low.
5. รอให้ปลาสุกเหลือง จึงพลิกกลับทอดอีกด้าน หากชอบทาน
กรอบๆ ให้ทอดไฟอ่อนต่ออีก / When the bottom side turns golden brown, flip over to the other side & cook for approximately same time. To serve, place the fried fish on the large plate with fresh vegetable.
